Great Anti-inflamitory,
A friend turned my on to bromelain for sprains and injury pain. Tablets must make it through your stomach to work (ie: capsules are only good for the digestive benefits of bromelain). I twisted my ankle one thanksgiving and took a few of these and was up and running within 30 minutes without any pain then or after.
